Sam Katz challenged the renowned Berkshire Hathaway investment company, owned and controlled by Warren Buffet. Katz initiated a move to open the $35,000-a-share stock of Buffet's to small investors at a minimum investment of $1,000, which will earn for him a 4.75% service fee from each investor.
