Mim Enck and her husband, Walter Progner, own a tea-importing and coffee-roasting company called the East Indies Company, in Pennsylvania's Amish country. The former Mennonite and her Viennese-born husband have a very large warehouse to enable them to keep coffee-roasting machines, and estate teas and scented and herbal teas separated.
