Diane McKinney-Whetstone was not after fame or money when she sat down at her dining table one morning to begin her first novel, 'Tumbling.' With the support of a local writers' group, McKinney-Whetstone is set to produce two more novels as she learns to deal with the success of her first book.

Of pizza and prose: the Rittenhouse Writers' Group

Pennsylvania's Rittenhouse Writers' Group was formed by James Rahn in 1988. Through four eight-week sessions a year, Rahn's writers have been able to produce stories for over 30 journals. One of his students, Diane Mckinney- Whetstone, is having her book, 'Tumbling,' published.
