A feminist in Camelot
Article Abstract:
Feminism's time has passed, according to historian and novelist Rosalind Miles. She feels that feminism has allowed social progress to be made, even though all the goals of feminism have not been fulfilled. She rejects the idea of writers being restricted to narrow categories, and wishes to be seen as both a scholar and a popular novelist. She recognizes that fiction has the ability to reach more people than non-fiction, and feels that her novel 'Guenevere: The Queen of the Summer Country' is for people who think they do not need her.
