Article Abstract:
Many young men believe that they have been left behind while young women have been encouraged to realise their full potential. They are concerned that they are portrayed negatively by the media and that employment prospects seem better for women than for men. However, they believe that men will start to learn new skills and that traditional views on male and female jobs will start to disappear. They are happy for women to take the lead in relationships, and most hope to marry and live in a stable family environment.

Lost boys stuck in Neverland
Article Abstract:
Modern cultural trends can serve to make men very uncertain about their role, and this encourages them to retain the ways of thinking of boys. This has been clear in the worlds of film and pop music for some time, but is now also beginning to spill over into the world of business. Indeed, consumer culture now has a considerable vested interest in keeping men immature, and men who are really eternal boys at heart have even taken over the political scene.
