A stroke. It can hit you when you're 65 ... or 12
Article Abstract:
Strokes are generally seen as affecting only middle aged and elderly people. However, there are a considerable number of stroke victims under the age of 30 in the UK every year. In young people, strokes can happen even when no obvious risk factors, such as high blood pressure, are present, and are generally due to an undetectable congenital defect. Having a stroke at an early age can severely affect the victim for the rest of his or her life.
