'Barbaric' Milosevic must take the blame
Article Abstract:
UK Prime Minister Tony Blair has stated that Nato air strikes against Yugoslavia are designed to stop Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic continuing to oppress innocent ethnic Albanian civilians in Kosovo, Yugoslavia. He has ruled out a land battle if air strikes fail to put an end to Serb aggression in Kosovo. Nato military action has not gained unanimous support among European countries, some of which are concerned that the military action is not covered by a specific United Nations resolution.
