Harnessing the most capricious of resources
Article Abstract:
Japanese companies demonstrate the way to improve a nation's economy through involving all staff in continuous improvement. Organisations need people, who should be motivated and whose talents should be used. His work led to Career Path Appreciation, a process which investigates an employeee's capability and potential.

The dying stars
Article Abstract:
There are a number of important indicators that a company may be in irreversible decline. The inability to take rapid action is an important sign, as is a lack of intellectual capital. It is also worth being cautious about a company which has a very inflexible structure and about a company which is poorly informed. Information is a significant challenge for many companies, even in the digital age, and there is often a large gap between a company's access to information and its ability to use that information.
