Chelsea's charmer bides his time for the canter to victory
Article Abstract:
Alan Clark, the Conservative parliamentary candidate for the constituency of Kensington and Chelsea, London, England, seems to be making little effort to familiarise himself with local issues. This could be because he is contesting one of the safest Conservative seats in the UK, with a notional majority of 21,899. He has not concealed his dislike for constituency work, but has promised to fight hard for the local people. Labour candidate Robert Atkinson believes that Clark's lack of commitment will be a decisive issue.
