Clinton is not Nixon: he's much worse than that
Article Abstract:
It is becoming clear that President Bill Clinton is more concerned with his own political survival than with notions of democracy and accountability. He has shown contempt for the ideal of justice and has betrayed the values on which he placed great emphasis when he was first elected. He has abused his power, particularly in relation to vulnerable women, and this is sufficient justification for impeachment. However, liberals are unwilling to see him impeached because this would represent a victory for the Republican right.
