Feeling depressed? It's probably HOAD
Article Abstract:
It is very common for people to feel depressed as they try to adjust to the routine of everyday life after a holiday. Many people feel trapped in their job and their home after having escaped from everyday life for a time, and ending a holiday can even involve a period of mourning. In some cases, they may make radical changes immediately after a holiday, as they cannot face the thought of returning to normal routine. This can be a positive thing, as long as the changes are genuine improvements.
