Go back to your roots
Article Abstract:
Purchasing woodland is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, especially among city-dwellers with no access to a garden. In most cases, woodland purchasers are couples with young children and an interest in conservation. Purchasing woodland is not necessarily a profitable investment, as planning laws limit how woodland can be used. However, experts believe that small woods up to 20 acres where people can become involved in activities such as bird-watching and making charcoal should hold their value.

If you move out to the sticks today
Article Abstract:
Many people in the UK who live in a city or a large town feel that moving to the countryside would be an attractive option. However, it is important to take time to think carefully about such a move. Life in the countryside can be less stressful than life in an urban area, but it may take some time to adapt to new routines. It is often necessary to drive considerable distances when living in the countryside, as facilities such as shops may not be very nearby.
