Golden girl, producer, mother, babe
Article Abstract:
Elizabeth Karlsen, wife of film producer Stephen Woolley, is rapidly establishing a strong reputation of her own. She is widely recognised as intelligent, approachable and talented, and seems to be able to combine a successful career with a happy family life. She has spent a long time apart from her husband and her children, but has always managed to cope with separation reasonably well. She has been involved in projects with a number of high profile producers.

Did I ever tell you how ill I was?
Article Abstract:
A number of books detailing the illnesses of real people are to be published soon in the UK. Illness has traditionally been seen as a very personal matter, but this is no longer the case. Reading about illness satisfies ordinary people's taste for adventure, and also fits in well with the rather negative atmosphere of the 1990s. In particular, Aids has made people much more aware of death, and illness seems now to be part of everyday life.
