Actor Henry Jones began acting at the Hedgerow Theater in Moylan, Philadelphia, PA. He made his Broadway debut in a 1938 production of 'Hamlet.' He appeared in Maurice Evans's 1939 production of 'Henry IV, Part One,' and in 1940 took the role of Dudley Bostwick in the Broadway production of 'The Time of Your Life.' He served as an Army private during the second world war, and made his television debut in 1949.
