How to ski late - and on time
Article Abstract:
Some ski resorts, especially those situated higher up, are still keen to attract skiers in March, even though the peak of the season has passed by that time. Late skiers may find excellent snow conditions, and if they do not then they can always enjoy uncrowded restaurants and glorious sunshine. Anyone considering a late skiing holiday should really only look at resorts where it is possible to ski above 2,000 mt.

It's just like old times
Article Abstract:
Skiing conditions at European resorts have improved dramatically over the last few weeks, with many resort-level runs being opened as snowfall increases. Some resorts have even had to close their top lifts, and there has been a very high risk of avalanches. Even ski instructors have found the temperatures very low, and many people have been wearing the neoprene face masks which have become common in the US.

Good conditions for a final fling
Article Abstract:
The skiing season is now drawing to a close, and some low resorts have almost shut down already. However, it is still possible to find some operators offering Easter skiing breaks, and there is still a good chance of snow in higher resorts. At some resorts, there will be good snow regardless of changes in the whether conditions in the run-up to Easter.
