I'm the urban spacehog
Article Abstract:
Spacehog lead singer Anthony Langdon accepts that the group is obsessed with glam rock. He wanted to enter a more glamorous world from an early age, and for this reason was particularly attracted to leading groups of the early 1970s, such as Slade. The group has become very popular in the US, but has yet to establish a strong presence in the UK. Some observers believe that the group should do more to move its music forward out of the 1970s. However, its forthcoming album, 'Chinese Album,' contains some very good songs.

The band that came back from the edge of the world
Article Abstract:
Songwriter Chris Eckman emphasizes that he and the other members of The Walkabout did not listen to traditional American music as children. The band's members were mainly suburban children who listened to poor quality rock music. Co-singer Carla Torgerson feels that many people she knows in bands do not regard themselves as ordinary Americans, as travelling extensively has made them feel isolated. 'Trail of Stars,' the band's new album, has a strong sense of space and landscape.
