Is it time for that Cabinet minister (nudge, nudge: you known the one) to grass on himself?
Article Abstract:
The UK Cabinet minister whose son is alleged to have sold cannabis to a journalist from the Mirror newspaper faces a serious dilemma as he considers whether he should speak about the matter in public. He realizes that doing so would have negative consequences for his son, as it would be impossible for the matter to be simply forgotten. However, his own credibility could be in danger in the future, especially if he is ever called upon to speak about matters related to parental responsibility.

A place where the nation can make heroes
Article Abstract:
The UK Sports Council has announced plans for the construction of a 100 million pounds sterling national academy of sport, funded by the National Lottery. This follows a trend which has been developing for many years in other countries, where sporting facilities are far superior to those in the UK. It is hoped that this will improve opportunities for ordinary people to excel in sport, rather than just focusing on an elite.
