Richard and Gloria Taylor, whose 10-year-old son Damilola was murdered in a racially-motivated attack, have accused UK Conservative party leader William Hague of using their son's death for political advantage by claiming that it was partly attributable to a drop in police numbers. Hague has pledged to continue campaigning on the issue of declining police morale and numbers.
