Montenegro mobilises as it fears Serbian take-over
Article Abstract:
Montenegro is making extensive preparations to defend itself if Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic decides to use the cover of Nato air strikes to seek to re-assert his waning authority there. It is widely believed in Montenegro that Milosevic's position has been strengthened by the Nato action, and Montenegro's Deputy Prime Minister Dragisa Burzan has expressed fears of an imminent conflict between Montenegro and Serbia. Milosevic had taken some action against Montenegro even before Nato air strikes began.

Article Abstract:
Many Britons believe that racism is only a marginal problem and of no real long-term importance. In fact, there are almost 100 racially-motivated assaults every day, and there are probably more than 100,000 people committing overt racist acts. Black and Asian people are extremely disadvantaged, and racism seems to have become part of being British in the 1990s, even though the vast majority of people would deny being guilty of racism.
