Peter Rees Roberts
Article Abstract:
Artist Peter Rees Roberts studied drawing and illustration between 1939 and 1941 at the Wimbledon School of Art. He then went to the Royal College of Art to study mural painting. After the second world war, he exhibited at a number of galleries in London, England, and began to paint more in oils. He exhibited at the Royal Academy and regularly with the London Group during the 1950s and the early 1960s, and worked as an illustrator for the national press to support his family. He exhibited regularly in Cadaques, Spain, from 1960.

Tony Messenger

Artist Tony Messenger was born in Harrow, England, in 1936. He studied graphics at the London College of Printing and entered the Royal College of Art in 1955. He later taught at Harrow School of Art and Wolverhampton College of Art.
