Death row millionaire may be set free
Article Abstract:
Lawyers acting for British millionaire businessman Kris Maharaj, who is facing the death sentence in Florida, are believed to be planning to produce new evidence which could bring about his release. They claim that the primary suspect in the inquiry into the murder of two Miami businessmen in 1986 should have been Adam Hosein, the brother of Arthur and Nizamodeen Hosein, who each served 20 years in jail for a murder committed in 1970. They expect to be able to prove that Maharaj was framed.

Police blunders shock family of man shot dead yards from home
Article Abstract:
The family of Henry 'Harry' Stanley, who was shot dead by armed police very near his home in London, England, believe that police seriously mishandled the incident. His relatives were not informed for more than 18 hours, and this meant that they or their medical and legal representatives could not attend the first post-mortem examination. He was surrounded by officers from the specialist firearms unit at Scotland Yard after police had been informed that he was carrying a sawn-off shotgun. He was actually carrying a wooden table leg.
