From Jean Muir and Nicole Farhi to Anne Storey
Article Abstract:
Fashion designer Anne Storey feels that she designs for women who are individual, without being quirky. Her clothes can be dressed up or down, and are not intended to be elitist. They can be worn from season to season, and should not date. She pays tribute to the people who work with her, and is reluctant to attract a great deal of media attention. She clearly likes an easy, masculine look, but her spring 1998 collection also has a soft, feminine feel.
