From now on fair is fair
Article Abstract:
The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations, which are set to come into force in Jul 1995, will ensure that the small print in contracts will become more intelligible to consumers. Consumers will no longer be bound by a contract which is seen as very one-sided or unfair in some other way, and contract language will also have to be much clearer. The Consumers' Association is now taking steps to ensure that these regulations will be properly enforced.
