Short and sweet
Article Abstract:
An excess of rental properties is forcing landlords in the UK to be more flexible, with tenants being in a strong position to negotiate a good deal. Landlords have traditionally been unwilling to agree to short-term lets, regarding them as not being cost-effective. However, they are now having to show more flexibility about the length of tenancy they are willing to offer. Tenants seeking a high level of flexibility should focus on areas where there is an oversupply of rental properties.
