Article Abstract:
Short films are not regarded as an art form in their own right, according to Amanda Casson, organizer of the British Short Film Festival. Most people are not interested in short films unless very well-known actors and actresses appear in them. Even those who attend the British Short Film Festival are really more interested in feature films, she believes. She also finds that short films are generally of very poor quality and lack originality.
