Sir Denys Lasdun

Architect Denys Lasdun was born in London, England, in 1914. He studied at the Architectural Association in the early 1930s, and during this time joined the MARS group. He joined Tecton in 1938, and served in the Royal Engineers during the second world war.

David Pearce
Article Abstract:
Architect, writer, activist and artist David Pearce was born in Harrow, England, in 1937. He studied at the Architectural Association, qualifying in 1963. He became Editor of Built Environment in 1970, and was a founder of SAVE Britain's Heritage.

Architect Hubert Bennett was born in Barton-on-Irwell, England, in 1909. He studied at Manchester University, England, and then worked in the US before teaching at the Leeds School of Architecture and the Regent Street Polytechnic.
