Old habits die hard. So could Shaun

Article Abstract:

Happy Mondays lead singer Shaun Ryder attended the London Charter Clinic to try psychotherapy to give up heroin. The band's hypnotic music suited the Ecstasy rave scene and they had many singles in the top five. The band was with Factory Records from 1985. The media gave them a lot of good publicity, then became disloyal to Ryder. Shaun missed a lot of school and grew up in Manchester wheeling and dealing. After a new LP 'Yes Please!' and a tour, he intends to disband the group for 18 months.
