Still hazy after all these years
Article Abstract:
High Times, the world's leading magazine for cannabis smokers, celebrates its 25th anniversary in Nov 1999. This magazine has campaigned tirelessly for the legalization of all drugs, and places strong emphasis on using celebrities to promote dope-smoking. It is clear that many of its readers are attracted to it because of its associations with illegality and non-conformity. However, senior editor Steve Bloom does not feel that the magazine would face difficulties if cannabis were decriminalized.
