Article Abstract:
The UK's leading clubbing magazines are all producing free publications in Ibiza, Spain, in summer 1999. The most professional approach is being taken by 'Ministry,' the publication of nightclub promoter Ministry of Sound. This magazine has a team of four based permanently in Ibiza and has taken the largest share of billboard advertising there.
