This little firm went marketing
Article Abstract:
It is only recently that the legal profession has been allowed to advertise in the UK and it is now being realised by all firms, big and small, that the quality of their marketing can make or break their business. Tarlo Lyons, a firm in the City of London with a partnership of 15 used to use a marketing partner and outside consultants but decided to appoint a marketing manager, Jackie Horn, in 1992. Ms Horn says the firm is really committed to good marketing and the partners are receptive to new ideas and to putting them into practice. She examined the key areas of business and constructed a sound marketing database.
