UK: STATIC 2358 PLANS FLOTATION
Article Abstract:
Static 2358, the UK based interactive television business that provides games, documentaries, travel and entertainment services, has revealed that it is planning to float sometime between November 2000 and February 2001. Static was due to float in May 2000, but instability in the marketplace and the fall in value of new technology stocks resulted in the flotation being postponed. The company was valued at between GB[pound] 175mn and GB[pound] 200mn in May, but has since completed a number of deals and is more likely to be in the region of GB[pound] 350-450mn.
