Unseen painting may provide evidence in Bacon court case
Article Abstract:
Marlborough Fine Art, the former gallery of the painter Francis Bacon, has been ordered by the High Court to reveal a photographic archive which may contain some unseen paintings by Bacon. The painter's executor, Professor Brian Clarke, initiated action against the gallery in December 1998.
