We're all going on a summer ... study course
Article Abstract:
There are now many different summer study programmes at universities, colleges and schools in the UK. These usually offer intensive courses lasting one or two weeks, covering teaching, private study session and field visits. The Summer Academy, which has been formed by 12 UK and two Irish universities, offers one-week residential courses. Some of these give credits towards a university degree or diploma, although many participants study simply for pleasure.
