Music propels you and gives you energy when you are dancing, according to choreographer and former ballerina Karole Armitage. She was very attracted punk, but feels that she has many different forms, including pure ballet. She greatly enjoys the virtuosity and expressiveness of ballet, and believes that classical technique does not impose any boundaries. She no longer dances in public, as she does not want to be seen deteriorating physically, but still takes daily class.
