Why are men hopeless? It's all in the mind
Article Abstract:
It is not possible to understand human behaviour without considering culture, according to writer and scientist Jared Diamond. However, some elements of human behaviour have a biological basis. An investigation of animal behaviour can give a valuable insight into why that of humans is so different. Diamond's work has revealed that there are built-in conflicts of interest between males and females. A woman benefits from being married to a provider, but a man does not benefit from being a provider.

How the family pecking order affects you
Article Abstract:
A person's position in the family can have a significant impact on their behaviour throughout their life. People who were the oldest child in their family tend to seek constantly to live up to the expectations of others, but are often dissatisfied with their achievements. Those who were a middle child tend to be constantly in search of a clear role, while the youngest child often relies on others to deal with problems.
