Grab a slice of golfing action
Article Abstract:
Spain and Portugal already have many apartment properties which give owners the right to play golf on an associated course. Other Mediterranean countries, including Tunisia and Morocco, are now seeking to establish a presence in this sector too. These apartment developments often have other facilities too, such as restaurants, swimming pools and gymnasiums. Many apartment owners do not live there permanently, but spend most of their time in the UK, renting out their apartment to others who are interested in playing golf.

Save the legwork when buying your property - dial a solicitor
Article Abstract:
There can be considerable financial and practical advantages associated with using a telephone-based conveyancing service. Time can be saved compared with making personal visits to a solicitor, and the costs can be lower. Telephone-based legal services belong to the Law Society, and are therefore insured for claims against them. They can also undertake other legal work often involved in purchasing a property, including making a will.
