Article Abstract:
Case method serves as an attractive alternative in enhancing the skills of technologists in strategic decision making. Utilization of a case method, which combines multi-media delivery and learning support, is more likely to result in enhancement of team working skills and strategic integration ability of managers. In the creation of case method, organizations need to take into account the design of the total student experience so as it will not only lead to provision of information.

Article Abstract:
The creation of any radical innovation in the automobile industry is hindered by most of its social, economic, industrial and technical features. It was noted that heavy capital investment, massive employment, infrastructure and consumers' constraints, among others play 'blocking' role in the automotive industry. The existence of such factors validate the hypothesis which claims that technological inertia exists in the industry.
