Article Abstract:
Innovations among smaller firms and changes experienced by component suppliers parallel effective management of all company functions, including the ability to see beyond current market potentials and improve technological and/or work structure innovation. Innovations are also part of the marketing schemes correlated to the production strategy as a basis for creating and sustaining leadership in the industry. These innovations can be in the form of a technological improvement of market demand factors depending on the needs of the firms.
