Biosphere 2 gets new lease on life from research plan
Article Abstract:
Biosphere II will reopen for serious research, managed by a consortium of universities and research institutes. The long-term human inhabitation, which was soundly criticized by the research community, will not be repeated. A study of the basic ecosystem will be followed by layered experimentation.
