Article Abstract:
Scientists are using multidrug combinations in an effort to overcome the resistance of the HIV virus to antiretroviral drugs. They hope that the HIV virus cannot mutate fast enough to develop immunity to all of the drugs it is exposed to. Current combination therapy research is discussed.
