There is a growing amount of evidence that indicates chimpanzee behavior is influenced by the culture of a particular group of chimpanzees. Grooming, calling, and tool-using behavior varies among groups of chimps in different locales. Researchers say that one chimp learns from another and pass on behavior to other chimps in a group.
