Conversion of a flood control system to a sustainable system: the energy requirements for pipeline transport of silt
Article Abstract:
E. Howard Coker, a researcher from the chemistry department of University of South Dakota studied the energy required to transport reservoir sediments back to the river channel. The Missouri River has been used as a model system for the experiment.
