Article Abstract:
The project aims to gather data leatherback turtle nesting ecology to ensure the turtle's future. Dr. Frank Paladino, Drs. Richard Reina, James Spotila and his project team will monitor nesting leatherbacks, measure and tag them, record nest position, and count eggs to determine which factors form El Nino to coastal development influence nesting success.
