E-provider evaluation: An exploratory study
Article Abstract:
Data is collected and analyzed from 103 countries to identify and prioritize evaluation criteria and provide characteristics that are associated with goal performance in e-commerce (EC) projects. The findings indicate the significant differences between small and large e-projects in their ranking in evaluation criteria and the impact provider characteristics have on project performance outcomes in different sized projects.

Competitive analysis of the software industry in China
Article Abstract:
The software industry draws on Porters 'diamond' theory of competitive advantage of nations and the suggested improvements of the framework from relevant scholars to assess the growing competitiveness of China's software industry. The role of government policies and corporate strategies in shaping the competitiveness of the industry in China in comparison to top players in the world is demonstrated.
