EPA survey increases estimate of infrastructure needs
Article Abstract:
The 2003 Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment data indicates that, water utilities need to spend an additional amount of $277 billion on infrastructure over the next twenty years. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as part of the Safe Drinking Water Act's requirement, conducted the survey.
