Event-driven careers for R&D professionals?
Article Abstract:
A study based on the interviews with 20 R&D professionals of high tech companies shows that the work environment is surrounded by large number of interactions and other functions and the careers of these professionals are driven by specific events. The R&D professionals accept opportunities on external labor market in their exploration phase when they are in the start of their career and value quality of work rather than status.

Article Abstract:
The use of Internet as a tool for enhancement of e-business among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is detailed. Due to internal or external constraints, lack of technical skills the acceptance of e-business by the SMEs is on a lesser and slower scale.
