Trust, involvement profile and customer retention- modeling, effects and implications
Article Abstract:
A structural model of customer retention is proposed and tested in context of an existing long-term customer relationship. Accordingly, it is revealed that involvement plays a prominent role in explaining both trust creation and customer retention.
