Galaxies behind the Milky Way
Article Abstract:
Scientists have been unable to view the remaining 20% of the galaxy beyond the Milky Way due to the gas and dust clouds which obscure the view. Researchers have developed methods to uncover the hidden regions through techniques such as radio-wave bands, infrared light, and x-rays.
