The French government claims that it needs to conduct a few more tests before it complies with an international ban on nuclear-weapons testing. French researchers are unlikely to gain more information by conducting a few more tests because they have already conducted over 200 of them.

Attacking arthritis

A number of researchers and pharmaceutical firms have developed new treatment strategies for rheumatoid arthritis. Therapies for the disease include blockers for interleukin-1 and cytokine, a monoclonal antibody for T-cells, gene theraphy and vaccination.
