Limiting liability
Article Abstract:
Engineering organizations, due to their mistakes, lose assets that could exceed the total worth of the firm. If the organization is unable to pay for damages, the engineers involved in the error are required to surrender their personal assets to the claimants. Engineers, however, have successfully restricted their chances for errors, which are generally covered by professional liability insurance.

Covering your liability
Article Abstract:

The professional liability insurance, also known as errors and omissions (E&O), insures against the risk of claims that occur from the firms' inability to render professional service.
